2. United Kingdom Shipping Options
2.1 Standard Delivery
- Cost: £3.95 (Free on orders over £50)
- Timeframe: 2-5 business days
- Carrier: Royal Mail or equivalent
2.2 Express Delivery
- Cost: £6.95
- Timeframe: 1-2 business days
- Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked or Courier Service
3. European Shipping
3.1 Standard EU Delivery
- Cost: £9.95
- Timeframe: 5-10 business days
- Carrier: International courier services
3.2 Express EU Delivery
- Cost: £14.95
- Timeframe: 3-5 business days
- Carrier: DHL, FedEx or equivalent
4. International Shipping
4.1 Rest of World
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Timeframe: 7-21 business days

5. Processing Times

- Custom/Personalised Items: 5-7 business days

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

VAT is included in all displayed prices where applicable.

8. Delivery Attempts
If you are not available for delivery:
- The courier may leave a delivery notice
- Your parcel may be left in a safe place (if authorised)
- Redelivery can be arranged
- Collection from a local depot may be available

- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
